First and second year at most schools allow you to essentially make your own schedule, so you can make as little or as much time as you like sexy time. The first few months, you'll be showing up to every class and studying balls out every moment awake, but after your first set or two of exams, you'll figure out what works for you. I'd say a very sizeable percentage of most 2nd year classes have many people not even coming to class anymore. I used to go more often than not because it helped keep me paced with the material, but some folks simply drop off the face of the earth. Anyway, there were times in my third year where I was literally too tired for sex, which both my wife and I found interesting - your time is not your own anymore. You have to be at clinicals until they let you go, which is usually the same time as the residents, and then you've got to study after that. 4th year is as nice as advertised.
+1, Surgery killed my sex drive and my gf was none too pleased

Make friends with the cute ones early in 1st year. Do it right and you can run the gauntlet 4th year.

Truth is, everyone in your class will end up hooking up with each other in the first few months. Lots of premed sexual frustration that will erupt.
It's still possible to hit those skins, but maybe not something you're interested in doing every day during the last few weeks of prep for step 1.
Medical school isn't the end of your life. The first two years are like working a competitive job at a high end business firm, without the income to do what you want to do when you're free.

If you want to keep bonin you get the chance to. There are always giggolos and sluts in any town. If you're down for a committed relationship, you can find one of those too. Sex is not an issue. Just go get 'er done!
You'll probably have to relinquish your Max Tucker lifestyle during med school. Those undergraduate days of inebriated, post bar/club hook-ups will be much diminished.
In other words: You'll have to step up your game and try a different approach to garner your women. I hate relationships, which is why undergraduate was awesome, but I may have to settle down once Step 1 is done with in efforts to attain consistent 'play'.

Because going to an undergrad bar using the line "im a doctor" never works for the one night stand. So what if you arent really a doctor, close enough for the dumn hooars you just want to bone.
Does the OP want high class women with somethign to offer? Potential long term relationships? Then I totally agree. Again, dumb hooars give it for free if all you want is a post bar hook up. Although, I suppose, as you age, your priorities will likely change. I hope.
