Are there any statistics out there ( as there are regarding Step I) that show test performance as you move further and further away from the initial time your intensive MCAT study schedule or review course begins? I know with Step I testing, after approx. 6 weeks of intensive study time( 12 hour days), grade score performance begins to drop off, since you begin to lose content retention as time goes by. Does this hold true for MCAT testing as well? What is the recommended time gap to take the MCAT after intensive study regimen is completed? At what point after study process does test score performance begin to drop off? In other words, at what point does delay in taking the MCAT prove to be counterproductive?
