ok can you please give me a timeline of when you should take dat when you should apply to schools. I am a junior now and plan on finishing my bachelors at the end of the summer in 2005. so I would like to attend dental school in 2006. My understanding is i would apply in the summer of 2005 to fall of 2005. and classes start in the fall of 2006 is this correct?? when should i take the dat?

Yes your timeline is correct. You should plan on taking the DAT during the summer of 2005. The AADSAS application will become available online sometime during May/June of 2005.

I would take the DAT during May or June. Typically that would give you a month of studying, assuming your undergrad classes end in May.l
