Timeline of scholarship matching

Hi everyone!! I’m so grateful to have an A at Einstein and have the opportunity for free tuition but I wanted to atleast see if my other As are willing to match it. does anyone know the timeline of when I should go about doing this since financial aid is delayed this year and does anyone have any examples of emails they sent?
