Hey guys ! Anxiously awaiting Match Day *eek*. Wanted to know some things so I can plan a vacay to reward myself for enduring this hell lol.

1. When do hospitals send out their visa application forms so I can begin the application process? (FMG)
2. When does orientation usually begin for most programs?
