Does anyone know if you finish some blocks early in real exam do you accumulate your break or is just gone..

Because when I did step I ( too long ago..) I felt that It didn't make a difference when I finished certain blocks, so am a bit confused now..

The extra time is added to your break time.

NBME pays Prometric so much money for so many hours for that particular day. If you finish sections early, then it adds to your break time since the total time allocated to you is unchanged.
