timing of macros vs pmns... argh

argh, i am so frustrated bc I keep getting these questions wrong on q bank bc they dont correspond to brs path which says pmns within first 24 hrs macros replace them within 2-3 days.... thus, youd expect an MI with no macros yet to be 18hrs post MI... but NO, q bank says three days....

the type of cells present post-MI begin shifting from PMNs to macros by about day 3, BUT that doesn't mean that there are no PMNs on day 3... they're still around
