timing on each section

Anyone have a good system for writing down times before starting each section to make sure I'm on the right track? I found this somewhere, but is this for just sciences ... any for verbal? I'm planning to just go through in order, not skipping around or anything

I use the following for verbal (8 minutes/psg + 4minutes at the end left (which I end up using for the harder passages))

Timing on science passages only works if you go in order all the time. I always liked to jump around so it never made sense for me to monitor exact timing points. The above strategy for VR is solid.
