Tips on Switching to PM&R

Any advice for someone who is trying to switch to PM&R but having trouble finding open programs.
I am a PGY-2 and would ideally like to start in a program in the mid-atlantic region in January, 2003.
Any advice appreciated.

P.S.
Just made the decision within last month and didn't enter match.

The two programs that apprear to have openings are Nassau and Kessler. Between the two, I would definitely pick Kessler.

Sounds like Kessler is a great program from what I've read.
Any other responses welcome.
