One of our TMJ speciality faculty did a 2 year (?? or maybe 3) residency at UCLA. Currently, he charges $500 for a 1.5 - 2 hour consult. AND THAT'S ONLY THE CONSULT!

I'd hope that you like treating ALOT of 40-50 year old women on various psych meds with image issues if you want to be a TMD specialist  :wow: :scared: That I'll be your target demographic. On the flip side you'll likely be able to make alot of $$ from them since you can convince them to spend their yearly plastic surgery "allowance" on occlussal equilibration and splint therapy ;)
