I'm in the process of applying via TMDSAS and i'm FREAKING OUT!!! Totally freaking out, i've never second guessed this much in my life! I'm freaking out!!!

Please help! What do you put down for the hours blank when listing publications and poster presentations? Also do you just list each conference you've attended and presented into it's own entry under research activities? Thank you in advance!!
