TMDSAS Application question?

Two quick questions -

1) Under "Healthcare Activity Name," are we supposed to put "Volunteer" or the name of the organization we volunteered for?

and

2) If I received University Honors (Dean's List) for 5 of the 8 semesters I was in undergrad, should I list them separately under the Academic Recognition slot? I feel like it may be a better idea since it will show up on the Chronological Events page. Same thing for scholarships - I received the same scholarship sophomore year to senior year, but I was thinking about listing it 3 different times since I received it for 3 different years.

1) Organization would be a hospital or clinic I'd imagine
2) I think it's up to you. To be honest I think things like President's Honor Roll and Dean's List to be silly. If you have a 3.9, adcoms will know you have a good GPA without you signposting, but that's just me.

Wait sorry, I don't understand what you mean by 1. Are you saying we should put the name of the organization rather than "volunteer"?

And although I agree with you on number 2, there's nothing wrong with selling yourself 😀
