TMDSAS Evaluation Form: Is it REQUIED?

I am on TMDSAS. Apparently, there is an Evaluation Form that needs to be filled out...maybe.
My professors are on vacation and aren't going to be able to write stuff on the Evaluation Form for TMDSAS. So...is it really required or can I just upload the Evaluation Forms onto Interfolio without having the profs write that additional stuff?

What do you mean by that? When I spoke to a TMDSAS rep on the phone a couple weeks ago, they said they would still process without an Evaluation Form. So by TMDSAS standards, no. It's not a requirement. You can have your application processed and sent to schools with just your recommendation letters.

That being said, I've spoken to an adcom at Houston and he seemed to be under the impression that they were required. So I would say to make sure you have them done if you want them reviewed seriously by the adcoms. Can't you just send the form to your profs and have them scan and upload to Interfolio that way?

I could but I don't think I'll be able to get ahold of one of them, and besides...I haven't spoken to one of them in about 4 years. I'll just call TMDSAS tomorrow. Thank you for your advice 👍
