So I'm a Texas resident, that went out of state for college, UW Madison in Wisconsin. The grading system is as follows: A 4.0 AB 3.5 B 3.0 BC 2.5 C 2.0

Is an AB considered an A or a B for the TMDSAS GPA?

Please help!
Thanks in advance!

Should be considered equivalent to a 3.5 for both AMCAS and TMDSAS.

I'd ask TMDSAS...
Never heard of an AB...

Yeah I understand, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the equivalent of the 3.5 is for TMDSAS? It seems they don't do .5 intermediates.
It's a weird grading scale which is why I'm asking!

TMDSAS doesn't do 0.5 equivalents of grades. They only do A (4.0), B (3.0), etc. I don't know how that will work for your specific school, but for the schools who use the +/- system, the grade is whatever letter grade you got not including the + or -. Ex. A- would be and A (4.0) and a C+ would be a C (2.0), etc.
