Sorry if this was answered somewhere else. I did search and couldn't seem to find the answers I was looking for.

So the official education requirements are listed here:

https://www.tmdsas.com/medical/education_Requirements.html

My biggest question is about what classes count for "double dipping." For example, I did find one thread that noted the 3 hr Biochem credit can be used for both the biochem prereq and the chem/bio prereq. Is there any other courses that would fulfill more than one category?

Does something like this look like it would fulfill the prereqs?

[8 hrs Chemistry requirement]
Chem I (3 hrs)
Chem I Lab (1 hr)
Chem II (3 hrs)
Chem II Lab (1hr)

[14 hrs Biological Sciences requirement]
Bio I + Lab (5 hrs)
A&P + Lab (4 hrs)
Micro + Lab(4 hrs)
BioChem (3 hrs) (Also meets the 3 hrs of biochem prereq)

[8 hrs Organic Chemistry requirement]
OrgChem I (3 hrs)
OrgChem I Lab (1 hr)
OrgChem II (3 hrs)
OrgChem II Lab (1hr)

[8 hrs Physics requirement]

Phys I + Lab (4 hrs)
Astronomy + Lab (4 hrs)

[6 hrs English requirement]
Comp I (3 hrs)
Comp II (3 hrs)

[Additionals]
Calc I
Stats I

Yeah, I guess I need to call TMDSAS to find out if Astronomy is covered. I've actually already taken this class and it came with a lab that was 100% physics (conservation of angular momentum, doppler, etc), not to mention all the physics in the actual class (electron shell, photon random walk, thermodynamics) so I guess it seems crazy to me that it wouldn't be included as a legit physics course unless it's just a fluff class at some schools and there is no actual physics involved. That was not the case for my astronomy class however.
