I know that the application becomes available on May 1, but when can it be submitted?

I believe you can submit anytime from May 1st on. Then you'll have to have everything else sent by snail - LORs from your committee or individual evaluators and fees and pictures and certification page, etc. Also, TMDSAS will not process your application until you have your spring transcript sent in.

Good luck. Get everything in as early as possible because it's partly a rolling admissions system now.
