do you guys think wheelers had adequate TMJ information for part 1?

I am clueless on the TMJ questions I have found on the released exams.

I think the section was pretty short, but yeah, couldn't hurt. You should buy the book just for the anatomy, as it's not really a TMJ book. Have you searched wikipedia? There are several videos on the movements of the TMJ scattered on the web too. I remember watching one that help me visualize what I was reading about.
 
ive heard okeson is areally good book for tmj n occlusion...the 1st 6 chapters cover wats required for part 1....
