I like Boxing and Tennis. Golf....I would just hit the real course.

I hate video games.
I used to watch my older brother play Nintendo, you know, the one with Duck Hunt and Donkey Kong. He was really good. I would get all involved, like "John, you missed that over there or why did you run into that bad guy?". That was the only fun I've ever had with video games.
Arcade games will always be cooler to me. You can't get more interactive than rolling a ball into a numbered hole to win tickets or hitting an alligator over the head.

We bought ours back in September when Worst Buy had them available and then had to exercise willpower for 3 months not to just bust it out and play it. Mario and Sonic at the Olympics has been kicking my butt - my shoulder is still sore from the fencing competition. And I could lie and say the Mario games are for my 6 year old, but I'm really the one who likes them. 😀

We got one at mom and dad's. I like playing tennis against someone. It's a lot funner that way. (Is funner a word?) Anyway, he got that surgery game thing, but I thought it was kind of dumb. And Sonic is hard using those Wii controllers.

Well, finding the game console was the goal.. Nintendo World in Manhattan surprisingly had it... local stores in Dallas were all out.
I did get the extra control bundled with a game...but not sure what it is yet... just messed around with boxing, bowling, and tennis.

well....I didn't come here to buy a wii... I just happen to be here for the holidays and work.. silly.
Had one for a couple months, just happened to be in BB when they got a new shipment in, figured might as well buy one to see what all the hype is about and of course brag to people that I got one....😉

I love my wii. my bf bought it for me last spring.
I am yet to get 20 for my wii age, but I have gotten 21 once. I have a left and a right handed mii, this summer I would play quite a bit and actually found my arms getting nicely toned...
I have the surgery game (well, I have second opinion and beat that - got new blood for christmas but haven't had time to even open it yet, worked 97.75 hours last pay period) and enjoyed it, and I agree that sonic is really hard on the wii. Paper Mario is fun, I can't wait for mario kart to come out!!

I love Pool! There's a bar, not too far away, where the coin slots are broken; I usually get to play a couple of games for free. I might be at that bar for the BCS championship game. There's only one bad thing though, I think the street car isn't running in that direction. Oh well. I can park near a Wags at the shopping center next door 😀.

We got one last year the night they came out. Seems like it was easier to get back then for some reason.

I got my b/f an xBox 360. I am wondering if I should have gotten a Wii so at least he'll be exercising when he is in the basement for 14 hours a day. 🙄
that's how I got the Wii last year. Waited on line from 6AM till it opened. See any famous folks? I saw Donald Trump walking out of the Plaza that morning, actually.
I just walked into a Walmart on an idle Tuesday back in '06 when I got mine. No waiting...no strategizing. The surgeon game is fun. I also like the Wariio game...it's cracked the hell out.
Boxing is cool, but it tires me out after like 2 matches. The timing on the baseball game sucks. The tennis is nice and the golf is ok. My fav is bowling. Madden 08 is terribly hard on Wii. I could do nothing but run. Forget about trying to pass.
No, I have both systems and xbox 360 is an excellent system. I just got the Wii for Christmas and so far it's o.k., but xbox 360 is the best system since the Super NES.

My favorite game is Rayman Raving Rabbids...it's fun especially the karoake/dance part!!!

May want to check Best Buy or Circuit City this Sunday morning...I read that they'll be in the ads this weekend. Something like BB will have 20 minimum and CC 9. Who knows...worth a try if you want one though! 😉

My wife and I love our Wii as well...the new Trauma Center surgery game with the co-op mode is tons of fun to play or even to watch other people play...especially when (light) drinking is involved. Nothing like a little cut n' chug with a bunch of rowdy onlookers!
The Wii Sports versions of bowling and tennis are also really fun. Guitar Hero is awesome as well, but everyone knows that.

Ok, so, my brother gets a Wii for Christmas. I had tons of fun playing it, so I decided to look for one. After a couple of weeks of searching, some friends and I went to a Student Council Retreat in Stillwater. Well, my friend wants to stop at Hastings. And Alas!!! I find a Wii. So, I'm so excited, and went straight home to hook it up to play. I was playing baseball, and my shoulder really starts hurting. So, I finish that and we start boxing each other. By now, I can't move my arm past a certain point. So I stop playing. And now, here I am, with my beautiful Wii, and I have an appointment with my orthopedic guy (yes, I have a regular orthopedic guy) and I still can't lift my arm at certain angles. I'm pretty sure I'm going to sue Nintendo.

I actually have a cool shoulder injury and can't make a full follow through on my golfswing. And I'm not sure how I got it....but it wasn't from wii.
And wii doesn't tire me out anymore...
