To Contact or Not to Contact

So there are currently 5 schools I haven't heard back yet.

- NYU
- BU
- Roseman
- MYD
- USC

Should I contact these schools? I am hesitant as Roseman sent me an email in December that in so many words says please refrain from contacting our admissions office at this time.

I sent an email of interest to one school, giving them and update on my last 5 months. Got an interview 30 mins later. Didn't get accepted but a little attention never hurts.

In pre dental years, that would be an eternity.
