Hello
I graduated college with a bs in bio a couple of years ago and would like to fix my gpa to get into a competitive range. My cgpa is 2.85 and sgpa is 2.64. Although my gpa is low in both categories, I know I could have done much better but at the time I was very immature and had not yet settled on dentistry. I would like to hear out your opinions for my case if it would be wiser to do a smp or an informal postbac. I am leaning more towards an informal postbac because I wouldn't spend a whole year applying and lose out on getting closer to my goal and also because I think it'll be difficult to get into a program in California with my current stats. I appreciate your input and look forward to hear back.
