Hey guys!

I heard a rumor that Deb Erdner (admissions head) resigned-- does anyone know if this is true? And if so, where is she going, and why is she leaving? Sorry, I'm not being nosy--I really liked her!

Can't believe we only have a few weeks left! Are you (future MS1s) getting excited? And, has anyone received anything in the mail regarding classes, books, etc? I don't like being left in the dark...

Not a rumor, it's a fact. I talk to her fairly regularly and she let me know a couple of weeks ago. She had a better opportunity it think with a pharma recruiting firm. Better off asking her for the details. I am pretty sure she doesn't leave for a couple of weeks still.

I can't wait either, I have a really bad case of senioritis at work and I just want to be done. That's a big negative regarding any info on class. Nothing about the rumored extension of our anatomy class or even what our schedule is going to be.

Yeah, they haven't had any problem getting out the boilerplate paperwork that doesn't change from year to year, only the new relevant info is missing. Hey Ali, I just moved 3 blocks from school last week so I am in the area now after work. If you guys are going out give me a heads up.

If anyone wants to get together before classes start, I'm game. I actually live in Manayunk, so I'm partial to the brewery, but we can go anywhere.

If anyone hears anything about classes, etc. (even freaking FINANCIAL AID for cripes sake), please let the rest of us know, and I will too.

I just got my financial aid confirmation last night in the mail, so yours is probably on the way. Brewery is good for me, I am commuting from Philly to Reading for work but am definitely up for some evenings out before school starts.
