Any benefit of releasing you scores versus not releasing your scores? I have mine set to auto release for CK. I mean, they are going to see it eventually?? Does being a fob (excuse me, i mean FMG) make a difference when deciding to release the scores automatically? Do programs base interviews on CK if you have a decent step 1? (99).

It just makes more sense to me to NOT automatically release. But to each his/her own. Programs will NOT know when you took Step 2. They may ask, but they will not for sure know.

Unless you didn't do as well as you hoped on step 1 I would NOT automatically release it. Hell, I wouldn't automatically release it anyways.

If you do well on step 2 you can always release it, however, if you end up not doing well then you have the option of not releasing it and just telling programs that you either haven't taken it, haven't gotten your score, or just say ya, I passed it.

Just asked the same question in ERAS forum. I had mine set to auto-release:smack: I ended up doing well still, but my score dropped a little from 240/99 to 234/97. If I were to do it over again, I don't think I would auto-release, as it could have been disastrous.
