Do you need to take Physics before DAT?? - I would prefer not too, since i am a non-trad with a physics background from foreign country and i want to maximize the time i study for DAT.I rather take Physics after i have taken DAT.

Does anyone know that if i dont take Physics before i apply, how would it be considered by Adcom's since physics part in BCP would be missing.

TIA for any info you have.🙂

you do not need to take any classes before the DAT. Pysics is not on the DAT though, so no, dont take it if you dont want.

Your BCP would be lacking the P. However, if you have enough credits to establish a reasonable BCP w/o the physics then this might not be a problem. You'll need to have enough challenging coursework to show you can function at a high level for your application to be taken seriously. Most people only take a max of two semesters of physics before starting d-school so it is possible to take it after you submit aadsas and still have a respectable application. take a look at your transcripts and see where you are at.

Physics is not on the DAT. The ADEA alos does not check to see what your academic background is before you can take the DAT. Don't underestimate the DAT, it covers quite a bit of material.
