To those of you who interviewed at Buffalo medical school

do you think the school focuses more on primary care medicine/community oriented medicine or research initiatives by the school. i am just trying to understand if they are focused on producing physicians who will be helping the poor or a physician who will be trained with the most cutting edge medical technologies and who would have access to the most advanced research technologies. do you know what i mean?
