So.... I got some good school suggestions from those prowling the corridors of SDN but a few days ago someone suggested I wait until my first summer class is over to send in AACOMAS primary applications...

The first Summer class ends June 25.. Only 4 days after my MCAT scores come out. I don't know how fast the prof will turn around final grades but if I get an A with grade replacement it will bring the GPA up to 3.47-s/3.525-c. Do y'all think I'm better off waiting until then to submit or just submit in the next day or two? (as I was planning). Normally I would think a few weeks wouldn't make a huge difference but I don't know what verification time would be like at that point. I know how important it is to get things in early, so I'm hesitant to wait too much longer.

For reference here's a link to my school suggestions question/post from last week http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/do-schools-to-apply-to-3-472-cgpa-and-3-37-sgpa.1201837/

Thanks!

That's good to know, I'm reasonably certain I got at least a ~505 on the MCAT, judging by my practice test averages. Do you think submitting early-mid July would have any noticeable penalty as opposed to June 21?

Hmm... food for thought, thanks @gonnif . Anyone else have thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks @Hopeful_vet. I think I'm just gonna wait until the summer class is over... The gpa boost seems to good to pass up if July app isn't a big deal

If you have the MCAT and GPA anything is possible regardless of app time especially with a high score

For AACOMAS, the verification back log is not as bad as AMCAS. Besides, applying before you know your MCAT score is dangerous risk
Why so? Having to apply again in the future again as a re-applicant? What if you just apply to one school, hypothetically?
