hi i just got back my second attempt results from toefl i scored 272 is this a good score few people are saying to give again i am confused plus no time is left before apllying to colleges my essay was 5.5 does english score matter very much

Its a good score.No need to retake it.Go ahead and apply. 👍

272 is a good score .. as a matter of fact anything above 250 is a good score ... the schools just want to make sure you can understand english .. I dont think, form what I have heard, that any school cares about how good the score is once it crosses 250 .... though a 300 would be amazing!!To cut it short .. dont retake it ... waste of money!!

I have a question,I read in toefl site that i can retake toefl once in calender month.I 'm confused for Example :If i take toefl on 27th August can i retake it on 15th sept?or I have to wait and retake it after 27th of september?
please answer Asap.

you can give it once every calender month which means if you give it on may 30th you can give it again on jun 1st
