i would like to know if all the dental schools accept paper based toefl as thats the only one available in my home town..
and also if theres any difference in the difficulty/scoring between ibt n pbt.

check with the schols' websites which u want to apply..most schols now require only IBT as far as i know..

I thought the paper based TOEFL was an extinct beast ! What state do you live in ?
