This semester I'm only taking
-Intermediate Spanish 200 level
-Beginners Arabic 100 level
-Research Elective 300 level
-Biochemistry 300 level

I don't think it will be too bad as long as you dedicate at least 2 hours/day average to study for the MCAT. Ideally, the month before your test should be during a break so you can put in a lot more concentrated study time. I don't know, I took a medium/heavy courseload during my MCAT semester and I did somewhat fine. You just have to give up a lot of life for a few months though.
 
Biochem + mcat is not too easy
