Too late for HPSP

Hello,

I got bogged down in some work training/ school work and have not made significant progress for this years HPSP (would start DS 2013). Is it too late to get a four year HPSP Army scholarship? Have they started giving them out? Am I still in the running?

4 yr scholarships begin to be given out beginning in January. The last requirement most applicants need to submit a completed packet is their dental school acceptance letter which doesn't come out until December at the earliest.
