Long story short, I am thinking about applying to a few more schools. I know it is mid October, most schools have given out a chunk of their invites already. Not to be conceited, but I know I have excellent stats, so I would have a decent shot if there was one! I am thinking about adding UCONN, Temple, and maybe some others to the list. Is it a waste of time / money at this point to add them, or would I have a shot at a post December interview?

Uconn doesnt give post-decs. But you can still give them a shot, but they reject tons of 25 dats 4.0 gpas.

How many have you gotten? If you have 4+ you might not need to expand it. But if you have the cash might as well give it a try. You miss 100% of the shots you dont take.

I did the same thing and applied late to Minnesota like two weeks ago after I already have interviews. If you have the money, go for it.

It's probably a low chance this late, but us pre-dents have no clue what admissions committees are thinking most of the time, so who knows, maybe we'll end up with interviews?

I'd say if money isn't an issue, it doesn't hurt to apply a few more places. But I do know that UConn started handing out interviews pretty early. I received an interview invite from them in early August. Unless you're IS or from a surrounding state, they may not be your best bet.
