Too late to add USC and UOP?

I regretted not adding these USC and UOP. I noticed their deadline is 2/01, but is it still worth applying to this late? Is there a chance? Or hold off til next cycle if I don't get any acceptances this time around.

I think it would be too late. Things don't happen instantly when you submit your application via AADSAS, and with the holidays coming up, the process will become much slower.
If you do end up interviewing (low chance), you will most likely be interviewing for a waitlist spot.

Wait until next year if things don't work out.
