many schools have different deadlines. I'm sure that some have already closed. Check with each individual school. If you have $ to burn, then why not go ahead and apply. your stats seems really good, check out that GPA! best of luck. just keep in mind that many of your competitors have already gotten acceptances narrowing down your chances. Also, it takes a while for your transcripts to be received, GPA confirmed and for the schools to download and review your record.

If you haven't already filled out the AADSAS application then you may want to sit his cycle out. It will take at least a month for your application to reach dental schools. Then they will have to review it, offer you an interview, interview you, re-review and then offer acceptance. I don't think there's much point - what's the rush anyway?

What you may want to do is call up some schools that you are interested in and see what they say.

I agree with others. At this point you might want to wait out for another few months until the next cycle opens up. 🙂

I think you should wait, your stats are good, but not the type of spectacular you'd need to apply so late, like many have said the AADSAS takes a month to process, and most school will have filled a majority of their seats by then, also many schools might be finishing up w/ their interviews. Better to wait it out.

90th percentile is awesome. People will tell you that almost everywhere you go. It's just that people see quite some scores like that on SDN...

90th percentile is good, but this late in the application you'd probably need 95th and above plus a GPA similar to yours, and crazy EC's for schools to even consider you, like I said your scores are great, but this late in the game with schools pretty much already finished w/ a majority of their interviewing and they probably are eyeing the alternates they want from their waitlist. Additionally most probably have 50% or more of their seats already filled. I think the schools w/ March 1st deadlines, really only set them that late so just in case someone they really want shows up they can still accept/interview them, but that person would have to be amazing (not to say that your scores aren't but for the most part it's probably not worth it - since applying to schools after being rejected a first time is harder).

Ya, save your money. It could be used in better ways at this point. Fly to Hawaii and sit on a beach and get some of those drinks with the little umbrellas and wait till May to apply.
