I’m also in a similar situation. Would it be too late if I submitted by Wednesday (4.0 GPA, 509 MCAT) of this week?

Get it in by then and apply broadly (not just to a few of the most popular DO schools). Do secondaries over Thanksgiving break based on the prompts posted in the school-specific threads for this year.

Believe in yourself. I applied in Late December/January with similar stats and received 5 DO interviews. Go for it.
