Well if you look at the OP's MDAPPLICANTS profile, you can see how they got to this point.
To the OP, I can understand that money is tight, and this is no cheap process. However, you are really cheating yourself by only applying to the one school. Your stats look good, but it's really late in the process, and you should have come to this point months ago. You could apply, but how many osteopathic schools were you planning on applying to if you could only apply to one school from AMCAS? I think, if it's a money issue, that you should wait five months, save up some $$$, and apply EARLY, like the first of June, to ALL of the schools you can afford to apply to (keeping in mind the cost of secondaries and interviews) and give yourself a realistic shot, instead of frantically grasping at straws at what is realistically the END of this year's application cycle. My school, for example, had already filled over half of the seats two months ago. Even if you apply tomorrow, it will take AACOMAS a month to process you (January 28), another 2-3 weeks after that for secondaries (mid-February), another two weeks for you to fill out secondaries and send them, and who knows how long for them to get around to looking at the secondaries and offering an interview (mid-late March, beginning of April), and look, it's April, a mere two months from the beginning of the next year's cycle.
Wait on UHS, save your money this year, and do this wacky process the right way starting in June. Sorry to sound harsh, but I really wanted to impress upon you the sort of time frame you'd be looking at here. I want you to do well; I'd hate to see you basically flush money down the toilet!
