Do you guys think it is too late to apply to the larger programs (BU, Drexel, Tufts, etc.) now? I have everything ready but I don't want to wast $300-500 in fees for no reason.

It depends on how they do their admissions... if they are rolling, and you aren't past firm deadlines, it isn't too late. There is a big shakedown that takes place after the May 15th one seat deadline. (May 1st ish for dental). At that time, lots of people on the Med/Dent school waiting lists receive acceptances and therefore withdraw from post-bac enrollments. So, you may be waitlisted initially, but if your stats are in the right range there is still a reasonable chance of getting a post-bac seat. As long as they are still accepting applications, it is worth a try. And this goes through the summer until the first day of classes. Programs hate last minute vacancies and will fill them if they can.

Best of luck.

You're fine. I know people who applied to BU and Drexel in late may and still got in.
