is mid to late august August too late to apply to DO school for someone with stats of 3.39cgpa, 3.25sgpa 504MCAT
 
No, you're good. September could be considered somewhat late, but I applied to some schools in October last cycle, and got invited for interviews!

FYI I applied at the end of November and was fine.
