Too Late To Apply?

Just wondering if it's too late in the cycle to apply as a Canadian applicant. I have a GPA of 3.64, 513 MCAT, and average ECs. However, I have been working as a pharmacist for the last year. My concern is my reference letters would arrive too late and i've waited too long for the rolling admissions. Thank you.
