too many LOE?

I know that the maximum letters accepted is 4. There are 3 I'm absolutely set on (orgo and bio professor, former boss for whom I did research), but I can't decide 2 dentists I shadowed. They're both at 2 schools I'd absolutely love to attend- UMDNJ and BU. 😳

Should I submit just those 3 and send a fourth to BU and UMDNJ respectively? From what I've heard, "the more the merrier" does not apply for LOE.
