Ok, I am at a 3.54 as of now and I already have 2 withdrawls (Calc and Spanish). I have been doing well in all my science classes: Physics - A, Bio 1- A, Gen chem 1- A- Chem 2- B, Organic- A, Microbiology- A and lab A+). Currently, I am taking bio 2 and not doin very well. I am at the borderline of C/B. Should I withdraw and get a 3rd W or take a C and move on? If I withdraw, GPA goes to 3.47, so it wont be that bad, but a W in bio 2 esp. if I am doing well in other science classes, can it raise a question in admissions officer's mind?

I'm not an adcom, but to me a single withdrawal would be a red flag unless extenuating circumstances are provided, much less three. I would avoid it. It would probably be better to just take a C, but that's my opinion.

One W is not a red flag. Three is kind of iffy.

Try talking to your professor whether or not you can bring it to a B by doing some bonus assignments for Bio 2. You could be surprised with the outcome.

C/B borderline...easy solution bring it up to a B and move on.

one C will not kill you. 3 W's might hurt.

I had 5 W's. In accelerated calc, gen chem 1, 2 German courses (same prof) and a bio course. It actually didn't make much of a difference in my app. Granted, most of them were early on. My questions had more to do with my poor performance when I first started college. The one interview that it was mentioned, I got into the school and am now attending. I won't say it "doesn't matter" but there are reasons for W's sometimes.
