Depends on how smart you are. What type of class load are you used to?
:EDIT: I took Precal, physics 1 and physics 2 in the same semester (this pertains to the question above, i have done much harder semesters). Even though those classes are preqs for each other it wasn't that bad for me. Though, I can imagine some people having a really hard time with that.

sounds doable... i'm taking similar courses in the fall - ochem I, physics I, calc II, and bio I,
just realize what you're going into with ochem and physics (they're definitely doable, you just can't fall behind) and keep up with your studying - you'll be just fine.
