Don't you dare start that kind of attitude now. I understand how you must feel but it is too early in the 'game' to start being 'tired.' Hang in there and be positive. If you think there are things you can do to improve your application, start now. If you feel like your DATs are not OK go ahead and register again. If you feel your GPA needs some help, go ahead and sign up for more classes. When you do get an interview this cycle (if you have not interviewed yet, You're talking about acceptances so I assume you've interviewed somewhere), i'm sure ADCOMs would see how you are constantly doing things to improve yourself and not just sitting around waiting. If your grades are not the problem, get involved in something interesting, volunteer somewhere (doesn't have to be dentistry related) just do something to improve yourself as an applicant so when you finally get to talk to them you'd be a few steps ahead of where you were when you submitted your application. Keep your head up and good luck. Take this wait as a test. How much do you want this and how long are you willing to wait? Think of dentistry as that girl or guy that you really want to be with forever, and how you'd be willing to wait till eternity to hook up with them. 😀
PS: ACCEPTANCES DON'T USUALLY COME BEFORE DEC 1ST.
