I have a 3.91 GPA, and I took my MCAT and got a score of 19Q. I really studied hard, and now I am very discouraged.... I don't know where I am going wrong!

I took a Princeton Review course, I studied from March - August...

How can I improve? I want a 30!

Probably not the correct place to ask but just keep doing more, new, practice and try to see where exactly you are making mistakes, instead of going "Oh yeah I knew that" after every question.
Soon you will see trends of the types of questions you are missing.

sounds like you got overhwelmed; if your GPA is 3.9ish and you had about 6 months ot prepare for the MCAT, you should've been able to own it but at least now you know what to expect from the MCAT.

my advice, to just keep practicing and don't give up hope!
