Took it yesterday, kinda anxious because for one station i completely left "physical findings" section of the note blank. I noticed it as i was pressing submit.

Did all of the heart exam standing up. I developed a bad habit of listening to heart sounds under the patient's shirt (instead of fully disrobing the patient). Hope I don't get killed for that.

Forgot to ask family history for the first 4-5 stations.

Anyone have similar experiences and still pass?/fail? I need some support!

Everyone always looks at their performance under the microscope afterwards. You don't have to be perfect, just competent. We all forgot a few things here and there. I know it's hard, but try to focus on the things you did well.

I read in First Aid CS that one only needs to listen to 2 cardiac areas vs. listening to all four. Is this true? Or does one need to listen to all areas, including mitral with the patient in the left lateral decubitus?

Just to be safe, I would listen to all 4. I don't think it's required to listen in the left lateral.
