Cosmetic dentistry is not a specialty and you do not need anything other than a DDS/DMD to call yourself one. Technically, all general dentists are cosmetic dentists since form and function are part of cosmetics. There are some deeper training CE classes you can take to be better at it, but you will most likely only get the basics in dental school no matter where you go. You could dive deeper into prosth or join the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and whatnot if you want to, but a good mentor and good CE are most likely what you are looking for. CAD/CAM and the like in dental school might also be a good start.
