Top student of my elementary school, should I mention this?

I was the valedictorian at my kindergarten. I definitely mentioned it in my award section and personal statement.

high school, borderline yes (if it's significant)...MOST anything before that (minus a purple heart, nobel prize, etc.)...

But to the OP - No it wouldn't be wise to mention that because it really has nothing to do with where you are right now/what you're capable of.

I think you should mention it because it demonstrates long term, outstanding performance. If I were you, I would bring it up in my interviews too.
 
If I was an adcom, I'd really want to meet this dude.
