Topics in First Aid NOT ON COMLEX

I've noticed some topics in First Aid are completely not included on COMLEX, is this true in your experience too? For example, COMBANK and COMQUEST, COMSAE practice exams have 0 questions on these corresponding topics in First Aid...

Reproductive System
-Aortic Arch derivatives
-Branchial Arch and Branchial Cleft derivatives

GI & Cardio System
-Embrology/Organ formation

And in general embryology and several topics in biochemistry

Anyone can add stuff in this thread too

I meant the derivatives not the branchial cleft cyst in thyroid development if that's what you meant? Since I do remember that question..
