TopScore help PLEASE!!

Hello everyone, I am desperately in need of some help!!
This morning, I was working on my laptop and looking up permutations and combinations. I went to go download a video on it but it ended up containing spyware and my whole computer stopped working. Basically, it reboots itself every 3 minutes and therefore, I cannot do anything on it.

The thing is that I have both my TopScore and Crack PAT on there but I can't use them now and I have my DAT THIS MONDAY!!! I went on the topscore website but it said on there that even if your computer stops working, you have to purchase a new lisence key, etc. Also, they don't give a customer service number, only e-mail...

Does anyone have any idea of what I should do? Someone please HELP!

Oh, I also had a question about the TopScore exams...I had the chance to take 2 of them before my computer wacked out, so I was wondering, is the actual DAT pretty close to those? For the RC section, is the length of the passages pretty much like those on TopScore? and the difficulty of the QR, is that pretty much the same?

Did your computer freak out and give you a message saying there was spyware? If so, did it give the name of the virus? If it did we can probably figure out how to get rid of it... If not, I guess your only option is to buy another TopScore license (if you want to take the third test THAT badly)

I remember the RC section similar to topscore length. The questioning was what confused me. There were a couple of questions asking me about the tone or the mood of the author of the passages. Really subjective.

Thanks for trying to help guys, but my computer is beyond repair now. I think I'll have to perform a system recovery which will cause me to lose all my data 🙁

But thanks for the help on the RC...I really hope that the length is around the same as the TopScore (around 10-12 paragraphs) or else I'm screwed!!
Also, I had a question about the difficulty of the passages, are they similar to topscore or harder, cuz I took a practice test out of a book today and the passages were all very scientific and all related to dentistry like composite resin and stuff so they took a lot longer to understand...just wondering!! Thanks so much!!

You cant start it up in safe mode and do a system restore?
