You should try to contact the company since if they can help you. It happened to me too. I installed it then my computer got virus. During the configuration, I couldn't get my top score back so the key didn't work anymore. I just bought the software for one month, and contacted the company for the new key. They were such a jerk and required me to pay to get a new key. Good luck though.
I installed it on my other computer, but now I can't run it because they didn't send a key with the CD-ROM. At first I thought the key was the one by the bar code, by the ISBN number but then it didn't work. I just emailed topscore, hoping for a quick reply. I hope they don't make me pay for a new key.
