Hi everyone...I just got TOPscore and wast gonna start taking the tests...but it doesn't work on my laptop...it won't install. Did anyone have this problem??? My test is in 12 days...please help

You should try to contact the company since if they can help you. It happened to me too. I installed it then my computer got virus. During the configuration, I couldn't get my top score back so the key didn't work anymore. I just bought the software for one month, and contacted the company for the new key. They were such a jerk and required me to pay to get a new key. Good luck though.

I installed it on my other computer, but now I can't run it because they didn't send a key with the CD-ROM. At first I thought the key was the one by the bar code, by the ISBN number but then it didn't work. I just emailed topscore, hoping for a quick reply. I hope they don't make me pay for a new key.
