For some reason I don't understand why I got this wrong.

What is the final volume of a gas at 70.0K if it is initially 280.0K and 10.0ml?

Here's what I did:
I did (T1)(V1)=(T2)(V2)
Since they tell me that the final vole of a gas at 70.0K I assume that that is T2.
Plugging in a did (280.0K)(10mL)=(70K)(V2).

But for some reason top score is saying that it's
10x70/280K

This doesn't make any sense at all.

You did everything right except for our equation.

You need to use Charles Law which states:

V1/T1 = V2/T2

so if we have to solve for V2 then we rearrange to this:

V2 = (V1*T2)/T1
V2 = (10*70)/280
V2 = 2.5 mL (.0025L)
